What is a natural light lamp?

It is used often to help treat depression and lifts people’s moods in general. People often use light therapy to treat seasonal affective disorder (SAD). SAD is depression that is related to shorter days and reduced sunlight exposure which occur during the fall and winter months. People have reported improved moods after using light therapy which may be because it replaces the lost sunlight exposure and helps reset the body’s internal clock.
